1. This agreement

By using Anonvia you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or over. Anonvia is for adults.
If your account has previously been closed, you may not open a new one.
Each account belongs to one person. You may not transfer or sell your account.

3. Your account security

Protecting your password is your responsibility. You are responsible for everything done from your account. If you think your account has been accessed without permission, write to [email protected] immediately.

4. Prohibited conduct

On Anonvia you may not:

Towards people

Harass, threaten, blackmail or persistently bother anyone
Engage in hate speech: targeting people on the basis of race, ethnic origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability
Share someone else's personal information without permission
Impersonate someone else

Content

Sexual content, nudity
Any content involving the sexual abuse of children
Images of violence, blood or torture
Content encouraging suicide or self-harm
Promotion or sale of illegal substances, weapons or contraband
Gambling and betting
Content to which you do not hold the copyright

System

Creating accounts automatically or using bots
Sending bulk or unsolicited messages
Attempting to bypass the app's security
Attempting to access other users' data

Anonymity does not relieve you of responsibility. You are responsible for the messages you send anonymously as well; records are kept.

5. Your content is yours

You own the content you share. You grant us permission to use it only so that we can display it in the app. That permission ends when you delete your content.

One exception: when you choose "delete for everyone" the message disappears from the chat, but a copy of the content is kept for two years for complaint investigation and legal requests. This copy is not shown to any user; details are in the Privacy Policy.

We do not use your content in advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

6. Content moderation

We may remove content that breaks the rules and suspend or permanently close your account.

For serious breaches we close accounts without warning: child abuse, death threats, terrorist propaganda.

If your account has been closed and you believe this was wrong, you can appeal by writing to [email protected].

7. Paid services

Anonvia Plus is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period; if you do not cancel, you will be charged. You cancel through your phone's store settings.

Boosts and community rewards are one-off purchases and do not renew.

For story boosts the view count is an upper limit. A boost lasts at most 24 hours; if the selected view count is reached sooner, it ends there. We do not guarantee how many people will view your story — that number is the limit at which the boost stops. If the number is not reached before time runs out, no compensation or extension is given. When your story expires and disappears, the boost ends with it.

Rewards have no monetary value. They cannot be converted to cash, transferred to anyone else or exchanged for one another. A reward is only a mark of appreciation shown inside the app; it gives the recipient no money or right convertible to money. A reward that has been sent cannot be taken back.

Refunds: Purchases are made through the App Store and Google Play, and refund requests are made there. We have no authority to issue refunds.

Price changes: We may change prices. Your existing subscription continues at the old price until the end of its period.

8. Continuity of service

We provide Anonvia “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may stop temporarily for maintenance, faults or technical problems.

If we discontinue the service entirely we will give at least 30 days' notice. During that period you can save your own content and delete your account.

9. Limitation of liability

Anonvia is an intermediary. Users are responsible for the messages they send each other and the content they share.

Be careful when communicating with people you do not know. Do not share your personal details, address or financial information. Do not send money to someone you do not know.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

10. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete my account. What happens after deletion is explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.

Your right, as a consumer, to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce important changes inside the app. If you continue to use the app after such an announcement, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms.
