For urgent matters (threats, blackmail, child safety) put URGENT in the subject line — those messages are read first.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Deletion cannot be undone. Your profile, posts and stories are removed. Connection records (IP address, device, sign-in times) are kept for a further two years as required by Turkish Law No. 5651. Messages you sent remain in the other person's chat, where your name is not shown.

If you cannot sign in, you can request deletion by writing to [email protected]. Full instructions are on the Delete Account page.
